Rush Fee

RUSH ORDER POLICY

Rush fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Rush fees are charged to prioritize your order ahead of other orders currently in queue and to accommodate short turnaround requests.

Please understand that rush orders require fast communication and timely approvals from the customer. Delayed responses, missing information, late photo submissions, or failure to approve designs in a timely manner may affect turnaround time.

Black Royalty Crafts is not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication from the customer. Production cannot continue until all required information, photos, sizes, wording, and approvals have been received.

Rush fees do not cover design changes, multiple redesigns, or repeated revisions after proofs have been sent. Additional edits or changes may result in additional fees and/or turnaround delays.

By placing a rush order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
