Most items are designed and customized for you - this means that when you place your order, we design and/or print items just for you. Because of the nature of these items, we do not accept return requests for those products. They are customized and printed on demand.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ITEMS OR DIGITAL ITEMS due to the items being made just for you. You will receive a mockup of your product prior to shipping, and it will need to be approved before moving forward. If your product was damaged, you can contact us at (blackroyaltycrafts@gmail.com) within 72 hours after receiving the item and provide confirmation via photo or video, and your order number, showing the damaged items. We offer replacement options on a case-by-case basis.
