Shipping policy
Our processing time is 3-5 business days for custom apparel and can be as long as 6-10 business days after approval of the design (this does not include weekends and holidays) and standard shipping time is 2-5 business days (this is an estimate and times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances with the carrier.) This time varies depending on the demand when your order is placed. Any orders placed after 4pm CST on Monday-Friday is considered received upon the next business day. Any order placed after 12pm CST on Saturday is considered received upon the next business day.
The processing time for bulk or group orders may vary depending on quantity.
Note: The processing time and shipping time are different. Processing is the time it takes for us to produce your items. shipping time is determined by the shipping carrier and is the amount of time it takes for your product to be delivered to you once it's in the possession of the shipping carrier.
Please note that the labels may be printed early due to volume and the processing time is started then. Delivery confirmation will be emailed once items has shipped.
If there are any changes that need to be made to the shipping address after the order has been placed, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN TWO HOURS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER and provide us the correct shipping information along with your order number.
SHIPPING DISCLAIMER: Ownership of packages turned over to USPS, UPS, or FEDEX transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service you purchase from the carries along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by contacting the carrier. INSURANCE is available to add to any order if you so choose.
