Design Fee

THIS IS ONLY FOR IF YOU WANT ME TO DESIGN SO YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE THE DESIGN BEFORE PURCHASING. THIS IS A NON-REFUNDABLE DESIGN FEE.

Black Royalty Crafts Design Fee Policy

1. Design Fee & Payment

   • A non-refundable design fee of $45 is required before any design work begins.
   • This fee covers the time and effort put into creating a custom design for your project.

2. Turnaround Time

   • Design completion takes 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
   • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee (subject to availability).

3. Revisions

   • The design fee includes up to 2 minor revisions (such as color or text changes).
   • Additional revisions beyond this will incur an extra fee.
   • Once the design is approved, any further modifications will be billed separately.

4. Design Ownership & Usage

   • The finalized design is for personal or business use only and may not be resold, distributed, or altered without permission.
   • Black Royalty Crafts retains the rights to all original design files unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

   • The design fee is non-refundable, even if you decide not to proceed with the final product.
   • If a project is canceled after the design process has begun, the fee will not be credited toward future orders.

6. Communication & Approval

   • All design communication will be handled via email or the agreed-upon platform.
   • Clients must approve the final design before production begins.
   • Failure to respond within 48 hours of a design proof being sent may result in delays.

7. File Delivery

   • If purchasing a digital design only, the final file will be delivered in PNG or JPEG format. Additional file types may be available upon request for an additional fee.
   • If ordering a printed product, production will begin only after final design approval.
